Delaware Event Guide: June 2026 Highlights
June 2026 brings a diverse schedule of gatherings across Delaware, ranging from cultural food festivals to live music performances. Organizers throughout the First State have planned activities suitable for various interests, whether you are located in the northern or southern regions. Residents looking for summer plans have several established events to consider during the first few weeks of the month. Wilmington hosts two significant culinary celebrations this season. The Holy Trinity Greek Festival takes over North Broom Street from June 1 through June 6, featuring traditional dishes like gyros and souvlaki alongside nightly music. Following that, St. Anthony's Italian Festival begins its 52nd year, serving Mediterranean cuisine to support the local grade school. Both gatherings run for multiple days and offer extended hours for attendees to enjoy the food and community atmosphere. Entertainment options extend beyond dining with scheduled concerts and art displays. Country artist Dylan Scott performs at the Quillen Arena in Harrington on June 6, bringing a selection of popular tracks to the Delaware State Fairgrounds. Additionally, the Lewes Historical Society presents the Mid-Atlantic Sea Glass & Coastal Arts Festival on June 6 and 7. This showcase includes work from over 75 creators, featuring glass sculptures and paintings, along with live demonstrations and music for weekend visitors.
